Accommodation & Modification Requests

If you have a disability and need a change to a rule, a service, or your home, you can ask for it here. We're glad to help, and we'll treat your request with care and respect.

What you can ask for

Two kinds of requests are covered under fair housing law. You don't need to know which one yours is — just describe what would help.

A change to a rule or service

For example, an assigned accessible parking space, permission for an assistance animal, or a different way to receive notices.

A physical change to your home

For example, grab bars in the bathroom, a ramp at an entrance, or lowered fixtures — changes that make your home work for you.

Private & confidential

Your information is used only to review and respond to your request. You never need to share a medical diagnosis or your records.

What happens next

  1. You submit your request below, on your own or together with your property manager.
  2. Your property team confirms they received it and may follow up to talk it through.
  3. If needed, you may be asked to verify the need — without sharing a diagnosis.
  4. A decision is made, and your team works with you to put it in place.
